Treasure Coast Spine & Sport exists because the standard of care was not good enough. Too many patients were leaving appointments with temporary relief, no real answers, and a plan built around what their insurance covered instead of what their body actually needed. We built something different. A practice where the goal drives the care, the technology is the best available, and every patient gets an honest answer before they commit to anything.

What started as a single office built around one commitment, getting patients better instead of just managing them, has grown into a two-location practice serving Stuart and Port St. Lucie with the same technology, the same protocols, and the same standard of care at both.
Every patient who walks through either door gets a thorough exam, an honest plan, and in most cases a first treatment before they leave.

Opened the Stuart office with one goal: build the practice that actually gets patients better instead of keeping them coming back forever. Every protocol, every technology decision, and every hire since has been made with that goal in mind.

Spent the early years refining protocols, investing in the most advanced regenerative technology available, and building a team around the mission. Every decision was made around one question: is this actually getting patients better?

Dr. Z co-founded the practice after years of watching patients leave other clinics with temporary relief and no real plan. He is an internationally certified SoftWave trainer who teaches other doctors how to use the technology correctly. The protocols he teaches elsewhere are the ones every patient receives here.

We are not a corporate chain and we are not a franchise. We are two doctors who chose this community, built something here, and treat every patient like a neighbor because most of them are. Our patients come from Stuart, Palm City, Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach, Hobe Sound, Sewall's Point, Hutchinson Island, and everywhere in between. This is our home, and this practice is how we show up for it.
