Dr. Kianoosh Ziayan, DC
Most see a chiropractor. You see the one who trains them.
Dr. Kianoosh Ziayan, known to patients as Dr. Z, is the founder and clinical director of Treasure Coast Spine & Sport and the lead doctor at our Port St. Lucie office. He is an internationally certified SoftWave trainer who teaches other doctors how to use the technology. When you are treated here, you are treated to the standard he sets for everyone else.

The philosophy
The source of your pain has never been treated. Until now.
Pain is usually the last thing to show up and the first thing everyone treats. Medication and rest quiet the signal, but the tissue, joint, or disc that set it off is still there. Our approach starts one level deeper: find what is actually driving the pain, then use the right combination of tools to help the body repair it and move properly again.

The path here
Dr. Z saw what was broken in healthcare. He decided to fix it.

Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Z earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University, one of the most respected chiropractic institutions in the country. His clinical focus was orthopedic examination, range of motion assessment, and biomechanical care. The foundation he built there still drives every care plan he writes today.

Building on what he saw
Before founding his own practice, Dr. Z worked across several holistic healthcare centers and watched the same problem repeat itself everywhere he went. Insurance-based practices gave patients whatever was covered, not whatever worked. Cash practices trained their staff on sales scripts and called subjective improvement a win. He decided early on that neither model was good enough and started building something better.

International SoftWave trainer
Dr. Z is an internationally certified SoftWave trainer, certified to train other doctors on SoftWave protocols. He is regularly sent to teach orthopedic doctors, pain management doctors, and physical therapists how to deliver the technology correctly. His team receives more hands-on SoftWave training than most practices see when they purchase the device outright. The protocols he teaches elsewhere are the ones his patients receive every single day.

Treasure Coast Spine & Sport founded
Dr. Z and Dr. Magi founded Treasure Coast Spine & Sport with one objective: build the practice they wished had existed when they were working for everyone else. That meant combining the best available regenerative technology, building every care plan around the patient’s actual goal, and being completely transparent about pricing and expectations from day one. Port St. Lucie followed, bringing the same standard of care to more of the Treasure Coast.

Clinician, trainer, outcome loyalist
Dr. Z still treats patients at the Port St. Lucie office every week. He trains his technicians and doctors on SoftWave protocols every month, reviews one-year post-treatment survey data to refine what is working, and is actively building toward a third location on the Treasure Coast. The practice is growing because the results are real, and he is not done yet.
Where to Find Him
Dr. Z leads our Port St. Lucie office.

More than a chiropractor
The doctor does not clock out when the exam ends.
Outcome obsessed
Dr. Z surveys every patient at the end of their care plan and again at one year post-treatment. He uses those results to refine protocols, not to market them. If the numbers are not where he wants them, something changes.
The trainer’s trainer
He is sent by SoftWave to teach orthopedic doctors, pain management doctors, and physical therapists how to use the technology correctly. His team gets more hands-on training than most practices ever see, and he trains them again every single month.
Protocols for everything
Dr. Z has documented protocols for current treatments, emerging technologies, and approaches that current regulations don't yet allow. He is already planning for where regenerative medicine is going, not just where it is today.
Work hard, play hard
Outside the clinic, Dr. Z lives the mission: gym, running, paddleboarding, scuba diving, travel, and time with family. Helping patients experience life to the fullest starts with doing it himself.
Committed to honesty
He has told more patients than he can count that if this were his shoulder, or his mother’s shoulder, here is exactly what he would do. He means it every single time.
What Patients Say
"I’ve been seeing Dr. Z for treatment on my right shoulder, and I’ve been very pleased with the results. His care has helped reduce my pain, improve my mobility, and get me back to doing the activities I enjoy."
