Foot & Ankle Pain Treatment in Stuart & Port St. Lucie, FL

Foot and ankle pain can affect every step you take. Let's help you feel better.

Foot and ankle pain treatment starts with working out which structure is complaining, because tendon, joint, and nerve pain in the foot need different plans. We pair SoftWave regenerative therapy, Class IV laser, and targeted rehab to settle the tissue and rebuild what it can tolerate. In most cases patients feel a difference on the very first visit.

9 out of 10 patients notice a change on day one, and you will leave your first visit with a clear, honest plan for the weeks ahead.

You have started planning around your feet

Foot and ankle pain can quietly shrink your routine.

The uneven ground you now avoid. The shoes that are the only ones that work. The ankle you have rolled so many times you have stopped counting, and the way you test it with your weight before you trust it. Feet are easy to work around, right up until working around them is the whole day.

Taping it and picking flatter routes gets you through the week. It does not rebuild what stopped keeping up. We take the other route: find the structure that is failing, then treat it directly.

First, the reassuring part

Most foot and ankle pain is a tissue and load problem.

The foot is a stack of small joints, tendons, and ligaments that have to absorb load and then push you off it, thousands of times a day. When something in that chain gets irritated, whether a tendon on the inside of the ankle, a joint that has stiffened, or a ligament left loose by old sprains, the rest of the foot compensates and the problem spreads. Tissue like that responds when you settle it and rebuild what it can handle.

Some foot and ankle problems need medical attention first. We would rather you know the signs than wonder.

When to seek urgent care first

  • Inability to put weight on the foot after an injury, or pain directly over bone
  • An obvious deformity, or an ankle that looks out of place
  • A hot, red, swollen foot with fever or feeling unwell
  • A wound, blister, or sore that is not healing, especially with diabetes
  • New numbness, or a foot that catches or slaps when you walk
  • Calf swelling, redness, or warmth

If any of these are happening, contact a medical provider or emergency care first rather than booking with us. Suspected fractures need imaging, and non-healing foot wounds need medical care promptly. When you are ready for foot pain that is not an emergency, we are here.

WE GET WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH

Which foot or ankle pain is yours?

You do not need to diagnose yourself. Seeing which of these patterns sounds familiar is a good start, and it is exactly what your exam will confirm.

"Aching across the ball of my foot or the arch."

Often: load is concentrating in one part of the forefoot or the arch is not supporting well, usually with a tight calf making the push-off harder.

What we'd likely reach for: SoftWave and laser on the irritated tissue, with foot and calf rehab. See also plantar fasciitis.

"The ankle feels stiff and blocked when I squat or walk uphill."

Often: the joint has lost motion, often after an old injury, so the foot borrows movement from elsewhere and something further along starts to complain.

What we'd likely reach for: joint work to restore ankle motion, soft-tissue therapy for the calf, and rehab to keep the range.

"Pain behind or beside the ankle bone with activity."

Often: a tendon around the ankle is carrying more than it is currently built for. Tendon pain is stubborn and also very responsive to the right loading.

What we'd likely reach for: SoftWave on the tendon, laser for the inflammation, then progressive loading.

"I have rolled this ankle too many times."

Often: old sprains healed short on stability rather than short on tissue. The ligaments and the muscles that should react quickly have stopped doing it well.

What we'd likely reach for: balance and strength rehab as the centerpiece, with SoftWave and laser for any tissue still irritated.

Not sure which one is you?

That is exactly what the first visit is for. No pressure, no commitment beyond finding out what is going on.

Regenerative care treatments

Pro athletes have had this level of care for years. Now you do too.

Settling irritated tendon and joint tissue, restoring the motion the foot has lost, and rebuilding the stability that keeps it from happening again used to mean three separate offices. Today that coordinated approach is available right here on the Treasure Coast, delivered by one team working from one plan built around your specific goal.

Why patients choose us for feet and ankles

One team, treating the foot and the chain above it.

Feet get treated as an isolated problem far too often, when the calf, ankle, and hip are usually part of why the tissue is overloaded. Instead of sending you between offices that never compare notes, we combine what your foot actually needs in one place and adjust as your tolerance climbs.

Care led by a SoftWave trainer

Dr. Kianoosh Ziayan, DC ("Dr. Z") is an internationally certified SoftWave trainer who teaches other doctors how to use it. The protocols he teaches are the ones our team delivers.

Built around a busy calendar

Visits run around ten minutes, most patients wait under five, and we hold same-week openings at both offices. Getting this sorted out should not cost you your week.

Honest about your plan

You get transparent pricing on day one and an honest read on what to expect. It is healthcare, so nothing is promised. We tell you what we see and adjust the plan as you improve.

Feet are rarely one problem, and the calf, ankle, and hip are usually involved somewhere. That is the point of the exam: we sort out which structures are driving your pain and build the plan around the real cause.

What to expect

9 in 10 patients notice an improvement at the first visit.

You are never guessing what comes next. Here is how your foot and ankle plan takes shape.

1

We learn your goal

A case manager sits with you to understand what the foot is stopping you from doing, whether that is walking the beach, a round of golf, pickleball, or a full day on your feet.

2

The doctor examines you

A thorough orthopedic exam tests the joints, tendons, balance, and how you load the foot, so the plan targets the structure that is actually involved.

Gentle instrument-assisted adjustment
3

You start the same day

Where it is appropriate, treatment begins on visit one, so you leave having already started rather than holding a referral.

4

We build the plan, then keep tuning it

You get a clear plan and a home program about two weeks in, plus regular check-ins so we progress the loading as the foot tolerates more.

Common questions

Have questions? We have answers.

The honest answer is that a five-minute call with our care team will tell you quickly whether your particular foot or ankle problem is one we work with, and we would rather tell you no early than take a booking we cannot help with.

Not with us first. If you cannot put weight on the foot, the pain sits directly over bone, or there is an obvious deformity, that needs imaging and a medical assessment. Get that sorted, and we are glad to help with rehabilitation afterwards.

Repeat sprains are usually a stability and reaction-time problem rather than a lasting looseness, and that is one of the more rewarding things we work on. Targeted balance and strength work rebuilds the response that stops the roll, and in most cases patients notice their ankle feeling more trustworthy on uneven ground.

Sometimes they genuinely help, and sometimes they substitute for capacity the foot could rebuild. We would rather examine you first and be honest about which situation you are in than sell you a device by default.

Most patients describe it as a firm tapping sensation, and an irritated tendon can feel tender for a moment as we pass over it. It takes about five minutes, needs no numbing, and you walk out and get on with your day. If anything is uncomfortable, your provider adjusts the settings on the spot.

Ready when you are

Meet your doctor in person.

Start with the $97 first visit (a $250 value: consultation, full orthopedic exam, and same-day treatment where appropriate, plus your care plan and home-exercise program), or book a free five-minute call with a doctor if you'd rather ask a few questions first. Two offices, one team, same standard of care.
