Sports Performance

Move better, play better, and stay in the game.

A sports chiropractor looks at how you actually move, then finds what is stealing your rotation, your stride, or your follow-through. Golf, pickleball, tennis, boating, running: the goal is the same, keeping you in the game instead of managing your way out of it.

Why performance care is different

The goal is not just less pain. It is better movement.

Most care stops the day your pain does. That is also the day the compensation you built around it becomes permanent. A restricted hip makes your low back rotate for it; a stiff mid-back makes your shoulder finish your golf swing. Performance care finds those trades and reverses them.

HOW IT WORKS

We start with how you move, not where it hurts.

Performance care follows a chain from screen to sport. Here is how it runs, step by step.

0
1

Screens the whole movement

Your doctor watches you rotate, hinge, squat, and reach overhead. A shoulder that hurts on a serve is often a hip or mid-back that stopped contributing.

0
2

Finds what is limiting power

Power leaks where motion is missing. We identify the restricted joint or the muscle that is not firing on time, then trace what your body has been doing to cover for it.

0
3

Restores the missing motion

Adjustments open the restricted joint, and SoftWave or laser handle the tissue that has taken the abuse. Nothing about this requires sitting out a season.

0
4

Rebuilds the pattern under load

New range is temporary until you can control it. Your program trains the restored motion in positions that look like your sport, so it holds on the eighteenth hole and not just on the table.

0
5

Keeps you in season

Once you are moving well, a light maintenance rhythm catches the next restriction before it turns into the next injury. That is how active people stay active.

Nothing is injected and nothing is cut. No medication, no downtime. You get your treatment, then get on with your day.

An honest path forward

Before you leave, you'll have a written care plan with realistic visit counts, a timeline, and transparent pricing.

Before you book

Let’s see if performance care fits you.

You're likely a fit if:

You want to stay in season rather than take months off

You are playing through a nagging issue that keeps resurfacing

Something in your body is limiting your swing, stride, or serve

Probably not if

You expect one visit to fix a pattern built over years

You want a strength coach or a general fitness program

Common questions

The honest answers.

Usually not. In most cases we adjust how you train and play rather than shutting it down, and your doctor will be direct with you if continuing would set you back.

Yes. Most of our performance patients are active adults, not competitors. If your goal is eighteen holes, a pickleball league, or keeping up with grandkids, that is a performance goal and we treat it like one.

It depends on how long the compensation has been there. Restoring motion can move quickly; teaching your body to control it under load takes weeks. Your doctor gives you a realistic timeline after the screen.

We accept Medicare and PIP, and offer financing including 0% options for qualified patients. Coverage varies by plan, which is part of why we keep pricing transparent.

Restoring motion you had been missing often shows up as better rotation and more comfortable mechanics. We will not promise you distance numbers, but moving well is the foundation everything else in your sport is built on.
