Corrective Exercise & Rehab

The visits get you out of pain. This is what keeps you there.

About two weeks into care, you get a home program built for your exact diagnosis, with video for every movement so you are never guessing at form. It takes minutes a day, needs no gym, and it is the difference between relief that lasts and pain that comes back.

9 out of 10 patients notice a change on day one.

Why the home program matters

Most people relapse for one reason. Nothing changed between visits.

Pain usually starts with a weak link somewhere in the chain: a hip that will not stabilize, a mid-back that will not rotate, a glute that stopped firing years ago. Treatment in the office calms things down. Targeted exercise is what makes the surrounding muscles strong enough to hold the correction on their own.

HOW IT WORKS

Five minutes a day, aimed at your actual weak link.

Your program is written from your exam findings, not pulled off a generic handout. Here is how it comes together, step by step.

0
1

Finds the weak link

Your exam shows which joints will not move and which muscles will not fire. That pattern, not the location of your pain, is what the program is written against.

0
2

Builds a diagnosis-specific program

You get a short list of movements chosen for your diagnosis on an evidence-based platform, sent about two weeks into care once the acute pain has settled enough to load the tissue.

0
3

Shows you the form on video

Every movement comes with video, because an exercise done with the wrong mechanics trains the same bad pattern that got you here. You can pull it up mid-set on your phone.

0
4

Progresses as you get stronger

Your doctor reviews how you are moving at check-ins and changes the program. Exercises that were hard in week two should be easy by week six, and easy exercises stop producing change.

Locks the correction in

Strength around a corrected joint is what lets you leave care instead of living in it. That is the point of the whole program.

Nothing is injected and nothing is cut. No medication, no downtime. You get your treatment, then get on with your day.

What We Treat

The part of care that decides whether relief sticks.

A rehab program is written into essentially every care plan here, and it matters most for recurring pain, disc-related cases, and anyone who has relapsed after feeling better before.

"Being as busy as I am, I really enjoy how quickly I can get in and out during a visit. The wait for treatment is only around five minutes. Scheduling is flexible and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable. The SoftWave will blow your mind with how quickly it helps with pain."

Bill M.

"The customer service here is amazing. I have been in a lot of pain, and after starting SoftWave therapy, my pain and inflammation have decreased so much and I am feeling great. Everyone working here is so friendly. If you are thinking about making an appointment, definitely do it. You will not regret it."

Mike R.

"From the front desk to the doctors, everyone is warm and professional. My migraines are down from weekly to maybe once a month. Life-changing is not an exaggeration."

C. Whitfield

"I have received nine SoftWave and laser treatments for the arthritis in my thumb. Treatments are quick and almost painless. After about my sixth treatment I started to feel notable improvement in pain, mobility, and range of motion."

Liz B.

Gina G.

"First off, I am absolutely in love with the staff. They are the friendliest and nicest group of people. And this SoftWave stuff is legit. I hurt and pinched a nerve in my shoulder in February and had been suffering with it until I found this place."

Jeanna R.

"I originally came in after seeing a Facebook ad for a trial treatment on my shoulder and decided to give it a try before pursuing more invasive options. I did ten further treatments and experienced so much relief."

Aaron A.

"After two years of shoulder pain that nothing seemed to touch, I gave SoftWave a try. Three weeks in and I am sleeping through the night again. I wish I had found this place sooner."

M. Alvarez

"Skeptical husband here. My wife dragged me in for my sciatica and I will admit it, they fixed what two other clinics could not. Worth every penny of the $97 first visit."

R. Gallagher

"I have only been coming to this clinic for two weeks and it has already provided much relief for my ongoing chronic neck pain. I am so glad I found this place."

Barbie P.

"Dr. Z and Dr. Magi have helped me tremendously. My back feels as good as it has in five years. I did not think I could improve that much at this point in my life, but I have. The SoftWave technology has improved my ability to play golf."

Kerry O.

"My lower back pain was so bad I could not stand for more than five minutes. Through their knowledge and the different techniques offered I am now back to enjoying life. They listen to you and truly want to help you get back to doing the things you enjoy."

An honest path forward

Before you leave, you'll have a written care plan with realistic visit counts, a timeline, and transparent pricing.

Before you book

Let’s see if a rehab plan fits you.

You're likely a fit if:

You can give it a few minutes a day at home

You want to finish care rather than depend on visits forever

Your pain keeps coming back after you start feeling better

Probably not if

You are looking for a general fitness or weight-loss program

You want passive treatment only, with no work between visits

Common questions

The honest answers.

Most programs run a handful of movements and a few minutes. We would rather give you three exercises you actually do than twelve you abandon by Thursday.

No. Programs are built around bodyweight and household items. If you happen to have a band or a ball, your doctor can work those in.

That depends on your diagnosis and how long the pattern has been there. Strength changes take weeks, not days, which is why the program is revised as you progress rather than handed over once and forgotten.

We accept Medicare and PIP, and offer financing including 0% options for qualified patients. Coverage varies by plan, which is part of why we keep pricing transparent.

Stop that movement and tell us. Some muscle fatigue is expected; sharp or radiating pain is information, and your doctor will swap the exercise for one that trains the same thing without the flare.
