You just want your day back

It's not the number on a pain scale. It's the round of golf you skipped.

The pickleball game you sat out. The grandchild you thought twice about lifting. The night you spent shifting around, hunting for one position that didn't ache. Back pain rarely announces itself. It just quietly shrinks what you're willing to do, until "I'll rest it" has stretched into months.

Rest and medication can quiet a flare-up. They rarely settle what set it off. We take the other route: find the source, then treat it directly.

First, the reassuring part

Most back pain gets better with the right plan.

The large majority of back pain is mechanical. It comes from how the joints, discs, muscles, and nerves of your spine are moving and loading, not from anything sinister. That kind of pain tends to respond well to focused, non-surgical care. It's the reason we lead with a careful exam instead of a scan and a shrug.

A small share of back pain does need medical attention first. We'd rather you know the signs than wonder.

When to seek urgent care first

  • New numbness in the groin or saddle area
  • Loss of bladder or bowel control
  • Progressive weakness in a leg
  • Back pain after a serious fall or accident
  • Pain with fever or unexplained weight loss

If any of these are happening, contact a medical provider or emergency care right away. When you're ready for back pain that isn't an emergency, we're here.

WE GET WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH

Which back pain is yours?

"My back hurts" can trace back to several different structures, and the right fix depends on which one. You don't need to diagnose yourself. But seeing which of these sounds like you is a good start, and it's exactly what your exam will confirm.

"A deep ache after sitting all day."

Often: years of sitting and a core that stopped pulling its weight have changed how load moves through your spine.

What we'd likely reach for: chiropractic care plus a corrective-exercise plan to rebuild support.

"It flares when I bend or lift."

Often: a disc is likely taking more load than it should, or a strained muscle is guarding around it.

What we'd likely reach for: decompression and SoftWave first, then rehab to make the fix hold.

"I'm stiff in the morning, worse leaning back."

Often: the small joints that let your spine move are stiff and irritated. It tends to ease once you get going, then bite when you extend.

What we'd likely reach for: precise chiropractic care to restore movement, with Class IV laser to calm the inflammation.

"It shoots down my leg."

Often: the pain isn't only in your back. Pressure on a nerve root is sending it into the hip, buttock, or leg. Sciatica is the common name.

What we'd likely reach for: gentle spinal decompression to ease the pressure, with SoftWave to support tissue repair.

Not sure which one is you?

That's exactly what the first visit is for. No pressure, no commitment beyond finding out what's going on.

Regenerative care treatments

For years this level of care was out of reach for most people. Not anymore.

The combination of regenerative therapy, laser, and precise chiropractic care was once something only professional sports teams could access. The technology has caught up. Today that same coordinated approach is available right here on the Treasure Coast, delivered by one team working from one plan built around your specific goal.

Why patients choose us for their backs

One team, treating your back together.

A lot of back-pain journeys mean juggling a chiropractor, a massage therapist, and a physical therapist across three offices that never compare notes. Here it's one team, one plan, one place. We start with your goal and combine what your back actually needs, then adjust as you improve.

Care led by a SoftWave trainer

Dr. Kianoosh Ziayan, DC ("Dr. Z") is an internationally certified SoftWave trainer who teaches other doctors how to use it. The protocols he teaches are the ones our team delivers.

Built around a busy calendar

Visits run around ten minutes, most patients wait under five, and we hold same-week openings at both offices. Getting this sorted out should not cost you your week.

Honest about your plan

You get transparent pricing on day one and an honest read on what to expect. It is healthcare, so nothing is promised. We tell you what we see and adjust the plan as you improve.

Most backs are a mix of these, not just one. That's the point of the exam: we sort out which parts are driving your pain and build the plan around the real cause, not the loudest symptom.

What to expect

9 in 10 patients notice an improvement at the first visit.

Common questions

Have questions? We have answers.

Long-standing back pain is common here, and it's rarely too late to make progress. Older, stubborn cases can take a bit longer, but the approach is the same: find what's driving it and treat that directly. Many patients who'd been told to just live with it notice a change early on.

Not necessarily. A thorough orthopedic exam tells us a great deal on its own. If imaging would change your plan or something in the exam warrants it, we'll say so and help you get it. We don't order scans just to order them.

Most back pain improves with conservative, non-surgical care, and that's our focus. We're honest at your exam about what we see, and if your case genuinely calls for a surgical opinion, we'll tell you and help you find the right person. Our job is to give non-surgical care a real, well-run chance first.

We accept Medicare and PIP, and some care may be billable through insurance. Where it isn't, we keep pricing transparent and offer the $97 first visit, plus financing including 0% options for qualified patients. You'll always know the cost before you commit.

Most of what we use for back pain is gentle. SoftWave feels like a light tapping, decompression is a slow stretch many patients find relaxing, and adjustments are precise rather than forceful. If anything is uncomfortable, your provider adjusts on the spot.

Ready when you are

Meet your doctor in person.

Start with the $97 first visit (a $250 value: consultation, full orthopedic exam, and same-day treatment where appropriate, plus your care plan and home-exercise program), or book a free five-minute call with a doctor if you'd rather ask a few questions first. Two offices, one team, same standard of care.
