Your First Visit
9 out of 10 patients feel a difference before they leave.
Most first appointments end with a handout and a suggestion to come back next week. Ours ends with a treatment, a clear plan, and an honest answer on what it is going to take to get you better. That is why nine out of ten patients feel a difference before they leave, and why most of them wish they had come in sooner.

Step by step
Stop guessing. Here's exactly what happens at your first visit.

We call you before you even walk in.
After you book, a case manager calls to learn a little about you, what is going on, what you are hoping to get back to, and to answer any questions. You arrive already known, not as a name on a clipboard.

No cold waiting rooms. No clipboard limbo.
You are greeted, handed brief paperwork, and shown around so the place feels familiar before anything begins. No sterile waiting-room limbo.

This is where your plan actually starts.
You sit down with your designated case manager and talk through your goals and the things your pain is getting in the way of, from travel to golf to sleep. This is where your plan really starts.

The most thorough exam you have ever had.
Your case manager briefs the doctor, who then performs a thorough orthopedic exam, including range-of-motion testing, to find what is actually driving the pain.

You do not leave without starting treatment.
Where it is appropriate, treatment starts on visit one, so you leave having already begun. Many patients notice a change on the first visit.

A plan that is built around your life, not a billing cycle.
You get a personalized care plan with transparent pricing, presented optimal-first with a step-down option. About two weeks in, a custom home-exercise program with video arrives, built to your diagnosis. From there, regular check-ins keep the plan tuned as you improve.
Calm, clean, and nothing like the waiting room you are picturing.
No crowded waiting room, no chaos. Just a space designed to get you seen, treated, and back to your day.

The People Behind It
No rotating cast. Your doctor designs your plan, and every provider on your team follows it.
The protocols Dr. Z trains other doctors on nationally are the same ones your care runs on, at both offices.

IT'S EASIER THAN YOU THINK
No downtime. No disruption. No reason to wait.
Ten minutes. In and out.
Once you are in a plan, visits run around ten minutes. We respect that your time is not infinite, and most patients wait under five minutes to be seen.
Call today. Come in this week.
We hold our schedule at about 80 percent capacity on purpose, so same-week and last-minute appointments are normal, not a favor.
Walk in. Get treated. Get back to your day.
No drugs, no injections, no downtime. You get your visit and get on with your day, straight back to work, the course, or the water.
Before you come in
Common first-visit questions.
Give yourself about forty-five minutes. That covers your consultation with a case manager, a full orthopedic and range of motion exam with the doctor, and, where it is appropriate, your first treatment. It is the one visit we deliberately do not rush, because getting the diagnosis right is what makes everything after it faster.
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you are taking. If you have had recent imaging such as an X-ray or MRI for the area that is bothering you, bring it or the report. You can also fill out your new patient forms online ahead of time so there is nothing to do in the waiting room.
In most cases you will begin treatment the same day. Once the doctor has examined you and identified what is driving the pain, we start care where it is appropriate, whether that is SoftWave, laser, or a chiropractic adjustment. You leave having already taken the first real step, not just a referral and a follow-up appointment.
No. You will receive a recommended care plan with transparent pricing at the end of your first visit, and the decision is entirely yours. We present the plan we believe will get you the best result along with a step-down option, and there is no pressure to sign up for anything before you are ready.
Most of what we do is gentle. The orthopedic exam involves moving the joint and testing your range of motion, SoftWave feels like a light tapping, and adjustments are precise rather than forceful. If anything is uncomfortable at any point, tell your provider and they will adjust on the spot. Your comfort is part of how we get an accurate picture.
Then we will tell you honestly, and we will point you toward the provider or specialty that can. We would rather send you to the right place than start a plan we do not believe in. That honesty is the whole reason the first visit exists, and it is why the barrier to come in is only ninety-seven dollars.

LET'S GET YOU SCHEDULED
Every day you wait is another day in pain.
Start with the $97 first visit (a $250 value: consultation, full orthopedic exam, and same-day treatment where appropriate, plus your care plan and home-exercise program), or book a free five-minute call with a doctor if you would rather ask a few questions first. You will leave your first visit knowing exactly where you stand.
