Meet Our Doctors
The doctor who treats you is the one who owns the place.
At Treasure Coast Spine & Sport, the doctors are the ones in the room with you, not names on a door. Every plan is built around your goal, and both offices are held to one standard of care, so the quality stays the same no matter who you see.
Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Kianoosh Ziayan, DC
Dr. Z founded Treasure Coast Spine & Sport after years inside insurance-driven and sales-driven clinics, where care too often meant managing a symptom instead of getting someone better. He built this practice to do the opposite: start with the patient’s goal, be transparent about pricing and expectations, and treat the source of the pain rather than the signal.
He is an internationally certified SoftWave trainer who teaches other doctors and physical therapists how to deliver these protocols correctly. For you, that is the difference that matters most. The protocol used on your shoulder, knee, or back is the same one he trains providers across the country to follow, so you are treated to the standard he sets for everyone else.

Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Magdolen Ziayan, DC
“Dr. Magi” · Stuart lead
Dr. Magi leads the Stuart office with the same standard of care that defines the practice: a thorough exam, an honest plan, and, in most cases, a first treatment before you leave. She and Dr. Z hold both offices to one standard, so the quality of your care does not change based on which door you walk through.
Her patients know her for the same goal-based, patient-first approach the whole team is built around.
