Insurance & Financing
You have been in pain long enough. Cost should not be what keeps you there.
We know the insurance question is usually the uncomfortable one. So we answer it on day one, before anything begins. Here is what we accept, what care costs when your plan does not cover it, and how we make sure you are never caught off guard by a bill.
Insurance
Most practices make you figure out the insurance part yourself. We don't.
We have watched too many patients delay care because they were afraid of a surprise bill. That does not happen here. Our team sits down with every patient before treatment begins, walks through exactly what applies to their situation, and makes sure cost is never the reason someone stays in pain longer than they have to. We accept Medicare and PIP, and some care may be billable through your plan. For care that falls outside your coverage, we price everything transparently so you know exactly what you are paying before you agree to anything.
The simplest way to know what applies to you is to ask. Our team will walk you through your options honestly before anything begins.
Medicare accepted
Some services may be billable through your plan
Not in-network with all plans
Transparent fee-for-service pricing where insurance does not apply
FLEXIBLE WAYS TO PAY
Cost won't be the reason you wait.
Getting better should not have to wait until you can afford it all at once. We offer several financing options so you can start your care plan now and spread the cost out over time in a way that works for your budget.
In-house payment plan
Split the cost of your care series into four biweekly installments, handled directly with us.
CareCredit
A healthcare credit line many patients already use, accepted here for your care plan.
Cherry Financing
Monthly plans with 0% interest for up to 24 months for qualified patients.
Prefer to pay up front? Paying in full or by AutoPay earns 10% off your full treatment.
Injured in a car accident?
In Florida, personal injury protection (PIP) is the part of auto insurance that can cover medical care after a crash. Two facts are worth knowing, and both are set by the state, not by us.
We accept PIP and can help you understand how it applies to your care. What your specific policy covers, and what if anything is left out of pocket, depends on your plan and your claim, so we will not promise a number. We will give you a straight answer once we review the details with you.
14 days
Under Florida law, you generally must be seen within 14 days of an auto accident to be eligible for PIP medical benefits. Sooner is better, both for your claim and your recovery.
$10,000
Florida PIP provides up to $10,000 in benefits, though the amount available to you depends on your policy, your injuries, and how the claim is processed. We will review the specifics with you rather than assume.
This is general information about Florida PIP, not legal or coverage advice.
Cost and coverage, answered.
We accept Medicare and PIP, and some of your care may be billable through your plan depending on your coverage. We are not in-network with every insurer, so the honest answer is that it depends on your specific plan. The fastest way to know for certain is to call the office with your insurance information, and we will check it for you before you ever commit to anything.
Then your care is offered fee-for-service at transparent, upfront prices, and you will always know the cost before we begin. Many patients in this situation start with the ninety-seven-dollar first visit and then use one of our financing options to spread out the cost of a care plan. Cost is rarely the thing that has to stop you.
We offer a few options so you can choose what fits. There is an in-house payment plan that splits your care into interest-free biweekly installments, CareCredit for patients who already use it, and Cherry, which offers monthly plans with zero percent interest for up to twenty-four months for qualified patients. We will walk you through which one makes the most sense for you.
Yes. Paying your full care plan up front or enrolling in AutoPay earns you ten percent off the full series. If you would rather not finance and you are able to pay at once, this is the most economical way to do it.
Florida personal injury protection, or PIP, can cover medical care after an auto accident, and we accept it. Two things matter most. Under Florida law you generally must be seen within fourteen days of the accident to be eligible for PIP medical benefits, and the amount available depends on your policy and how the claim is processed. Call us as soon as you can and we will help you understand how your coverage applies.
