Dr. Magi adjusting a patient’s neck

Neck Pain Relief in Stuart & Port St. Lucie, FL

Your neck has been in pain long enough. Let’s find out why.

Real neck pain relief starts with finding which structure is actually generating it, then treating that directly instead of chasing the ache with heat and ibuprofen. Our care team pairs precise chiropractic care, regenerative therapy, and rehab so your neck can move the way it is built to. In most cases patients feel a difference on the very first visit.

9 out of 10 patients notice a change on day one, and you leave your first visit with a clear, honest plan for the weeks ahead.

You just want to turn your head again

The real problem is what neck pain keeps you from doing.

Backing out of a parking spot with your whole torso. The pillow rotation at 2am. The tension that climbs from your shoulder into the base of your skull by mid-afternoon. Neck pain rarely arrives as one dramatic event. It accumulates, until you have quietly stopped looking over your shoulder at all.

Heat, stretching, and a stronger pillow can take the edge off a bad week. They rarely change what set it off. We take the other route: identify the structure driving it, then treat that.

First, the reassuring part

Most neck pain responds well to the right plan.

The large majority of neck pain is mechanical. It comes from how the small joints, discs, and deep muscles of your cervical spine are moving and carrying load, not from anything sinister. Mechanical pain tends to respond well to focused, non-surgical care, which is why we lead with a careful exam rather than a scan and a shrug.

A small share of neck pain does need medical attention first. We would rather you know the signs than wonder.

When to seek urgent care first

  • Sudden weakness or clumsiness in both hands
  • Neck pain with fever and a stiff, rigid neck
  • Progressive weakness in a leg
  • Neck pain after a serious fall, crash, or head injury
  • Severe headache with vision changes or slurred speech

If any of these are happening, contact a medical provider or emergency care right away. When you're ready for neck pain that isn't an emergency, we're here.

WE GET WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH

Which neck pain is yours?

"My neck hurts" can trace back to several different structures, and the right approach depends on which one. You do not need to diagnose yourself. Seeing which of these patterns sounds like you is a useful start, and your exam is what confirms it.

"It started after a car accident."

Often: the soft tissue took a whiplash-type strain, and the pain and stiffness set in a day or two after the crash rather than immediately.

What we'd likely reach for: chiropractic care plus a corrective-exercise plan to rebuild support.

"It builds all day at my desk."

Often: hours of forward head posture leave the deep neck flexors underworking and the upper traps holding your head up instead.

What we'd likely reach for: decompression and SoftWave first, then rehab to make the fix hold.

"I can’t turn my head to one side."

Often: one or two facet joints have locked up and the muscles around them are guarding hard, which is why rotation stops well before it should.

What we'd likely reach for: precise chiropractic care to restore movement, with Class IV laser to calm the inflammation.

"It burns down my shoulder and arm."

Often: the pain isn't only in your neck. A cervical nerve root is under pressure, so pain, tingling, or weakness travels into the shoulder, arm, or fingers rather than staying in your neck.

What we'd likely reach for: gentle cervical decompression to ease the pressure, with SoftWave to support tissue repair.

Not sure which one is you?

That's exactly what the first visit is for. No pressure, no commitment beyond finding out what's going on.

Regenerative care treatments

For years this level of care was out of reach for most people. Not anymore.

The combination of regenerative therapy, laser, and precise chiropractic care was once reserved for professional sports teams. The technology has caught up. Today that same coordinated approach is available on the Treasure Coast, delivered by one team working from one plan built around your neck and your goal.

Why patients choose us for their necks

One team, treating your neck together.

Most neck-pain journeys mean juggling a chiropractor, a massage therapist, and a physical therapist across three offices that never compare notes. Here it is one team, one plan, one place. We start with your goal and combine what your neck actually needs, then adjust as you improve.

Care led by a SoftWave trainer

Dr. Kianoosh Ziayan, DC ("Dr. Z") is an internationally certified SoftWave trainer who teaches other doctors how to use it. The protocols he teaches are the ones our team delivers.

Built around a busy calendar

Visits run around ten minutes, most patients wait under five, and we hold same-week openings at both offices. Getting this sorted out should not cost you your week.

Honest about your plan

You get transparent pricing on day one and an honest read on what to expect. It is healthcare, so nothing is promised. We tell you what we see and adjust the plan as you improve.

Most necks are a mix of these rather than a single clean category. That is the point of the exam: we sort out which structures are driving your pain and build the plan around the real cause, not the loudest symptom.

What to expect

9 in 10 patients notice an improvement at the first visit.

You are never guessing what comes next. Here is how your neck-pain plan takes shape.

We learn your goal

A case manager sits with you to understand what the neck pain is stopping you from doing, whether that is sleeping through the night, driving comfortably, or working a full day.

The doctor examines you

A thorough orthopedic and neurological exam checks rotation, tests the nerves running into your arms, and pinpoints which structure is driving the pain.

Common questions

Have questions? We have answers.

Long-standing neck pain is common, and it is rarely too late to make progress. Older, stubborn cases can take longer, but the approach is the same: find what is driving it and address that directly. Many patients who had been told to live with it notice a change early on.

Not necessarily. A thorough orthopedic and neurological exam tells us a great deal on its own. If imaging would change your plan, or something in the exam warrants it, we will say so and help you get it. We do not order scans just to order them.

Most neck pain improves with conservative, non-surgical care, and that is our focus. We are honest at your exam about what we see, and if your case genuinely calls for a surgical opinion we will tell you and help you find the right person. Our job is to give non-surgical care a real, well-run chance first.

We accept Medicare and PIP, and some care may be billable through insurance. Where it isn't, we keep pricing transparent and offer the $97 first visit, plus financing including 0% options for qualified patients. You'll always know the cost before you commit.

Most of what we use on necks is gentle. SoftWave feels like light tapping, cervical decompression is a slow stretch many patients find relaxing, and adjustments are precise rather than forceful. If anything is uncomfortable, your provider adjusts on the spot.

Ready when you are
